$150 for a simple oil change with filter and tire rotation? This seems a bit excessive. Also, I asked if the dealership checks for codes or any software updates that might be required. Service advisor said, "no we don't check for codes or look for software update unless the customer mentions and issue." Huh? Seems it is in the customer's and dealer's best interest to proactively check for codes and/or any required updates. In the future I'll take my Ridgeline to local garage for scheduled maintenance. Dealer for warranty work only.

Update.... Went in for a recall fix and my experience was no different than the first. They said the car would be done in 1 to 3 hours and we would get a call. All day goes by and no call. I end up calling 7 hours later after dropping my car off and there was zero response. My husband had to call, basically chew them out, to then have them finally give us a call back telling us the car was done. To top it off I don't think the recall issue was actually fixed. I'm taking the car into a collision repair shop to have them take a look to make sure my car is safe. It's sad to have such poor customer service and then to feel unsafe driving your car. I was really hoping this time my experience was going to be better so that I would feel more inclined to go here for future services, but I sadly won't be. Had an oil change and a tire rotation in the service center and I was there for almost 2.5 hours (8:15am -10:40am) and they ended up damaging my car. The individual helping me was friendly and the other staff was friendly as well, but due to the wait time and the fact that now my car needs to be fixed I will never go here again. I would always go to the Ken Garff Honda Dealership in Salt Lake for service when I lived in Utah and they were fast, friendly, and I never had any issues with the car. Unfortunately, the Autonation Honda Roseville did not compare at all.

I ended up not purchasing my Civic from here as the color I wanted ended up being taken by someone else, but I have no hesitations recommending this dealership. They were the first I spoke with that was totally upfront about their very reasonable pricing — yes, mandatory dealer-installed accessories, but nothing absurd. Nate Scott was super helpful and friendly over text, and they made it a breeze to reserve a car that would be arriving in a couple weeks. Yes, there are some other dealers offering vehicles closer to MSRP if you have time to wait and look around more, but in this market I'd still recommend checking them out here.

I went to AutoNation looking for a Honda Pilot. I usually hate car shopping but I didn’t feel pressured at all. Ares was very helpful and while I didn’t find a Pilot in my budget I did find a Ford Explorer that was perfect. A few days in to having my car, I noticed some issues and took it in to be looked at. It needs a new transmission! I’m not excited to already have my vehicle in for major repairs with less than a week of owning it however, the dealership was very good about making sure I was well cared for and is handling all the repairs. I’ll definitely buy another car here again.

01Jan2022 Brought my 2022 Honda Odyssey in for third row Seats not always folding away correctly ( binding/not releasing) and for "check seats" light coming on after ignition turned off ( Vehicle had 5,494 original miles). So I was charged $179.98 ( invoice #973964) to be told that the rear seat has an upholstery issue and the check seat light was on because the second row center seat was not latched in all the way. which they has supposedly latched in completely and the light was now off we had scheduled a side mirror replacement under warranty for the next week, and upon that visit we informed them that the rear seat li on again. we were then told that the light was a reminder for the vehicle operator to check the rear seats for their children and was a nominal feature for this vehicle; Yet on the previous visit I was charged the $179.98 for a nominal feature issue that either the service writer and/or the service tech shouldve known was a feature. Is this a case of Gross Negligence on the dealerships personal? or just absurd fraudulent practices ? either way, combined with a few other occurances of poor professionalism after these two visits I have spent $180 to learn to NEVER return to this dealership... and to warn as many people as I can away from there!!!

Their offices were bright and airy. My SalesRep, Kristy Lafleur, had the SUV up front and ready to test drive when I arrived. She ensured I was escorted at all times. Kristy knew the Honda Pilot I was buying from the inside out and answered my every question, which put me at ease. She also minimized my wait time as much as possible - the Honda Pilot was immaculate, paper-plated and ready to go when I was! Jonas, from the Finance Dept, was low-key, personable and answered all my questions - even emphasizing some things I didn’t have clue to ask about! The Pilot is a great SUV and I am convinced AutoNation was the right dealership for me.

Usually when you leave a voicemail message for a service supervisor, one would think you’d receive a callback a day or two later. This is not the case with Autonation Honda in Roseville. Sales department is quick to sell you the car and as many warranties as possible, however, god forbid you need to use your warranty and have a part ordered in a timely manner is not a priority. Not a good first impression when dealing with the service department with multiple messages left for service supervisors and zero callbacks. I hardly ever leave feedback/surveys however, this experience warranted one. Don’t do better, be better!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! had an appointment for two tires and it took over 2 and 1/2 hours. Was told it would be ready soon and an hour goes by and nothing. Had to ask why it wasn’t ready. Paperwork took forever. No discount offered. Will never go back and will make sure everyone knows not to go there on all social media platforms. Will also file a complaint with the BBB. Rep could have asked mechanic why is this taking so long.

We were driving thru Sacramento from out of town in the late afternoon when our check engine and other dash lights came on. Honda of Roseville booked us for an emergency service appointment the next morning, had everything fixed (for less than their estimate), and on our way by noon.

03/28/2022 I got my oil changed and done in a timely manner. Thank you Stephanie 09/14/2021 - A year after purchasing my vehicle, I returned for a rear differential fluid change. I highly recommend an appointment with the Service Advisor named Sami Malganji. He always provides excellent support, information, and ensures complete customer satisfaction! July 2020 - I used to take my Honda Accord Sport to AutoNation Honda Fremont to get maintenance done when I was living in Hayward, CA. Honda AutoNation is my to-go place for my Honda vehicles! The staff has always provided me with excellent customer services, with care and satisfaction throughout the years. On Tuesday, July 21, 2020, I had an enjoyable experience financing my vehicle from AutoNation Honda Roseville, and the price I paid for was fair! Sales Associate (Stefan Batres), and Finance Manager (Michael) are fantastic people! I thought they are knowledgeable and provided great assistance. My aftercare was excellent too! The Sales Manager and Stefan Batres followed up afterward. I have met with a couple of the Service Advisors (Rich Amader and Sam Malganji). They are very knowledgeable and provided fast and exceptional assistance, including the other staff from the Service Center department.

It is a good experience, also having the service contract at point of sale and eliminating the cost for the oil change is very nice. I would like to be able to say the appointment windows are more efficient, sometimes the wait times seem a bit exaggerated. Otherwise, very happy with our Honda experience all around!

The service was exceptional!!! I can't say enough about the way Andrew Fray took care of me and explained everything. Previously I had a bad experience and paid way too much for service that was not even needed yet. I really didn't wat to go back to the Dealer. Andrew went over everything with me in detail (but not too much as to confuse me) and put me at ease. My Bill was only $131.00 ! The new system is so much easier with the Service Adviser (Andrew) handling all the paperwork, including payment. Also the viedo he texted me of the engine compartment showing me the air filters ect. was very good at putting my mind at ease. Great new was to go the extra step! Thanks to all and especially to Andrew!

My Type R required warranty work for a common issue with the valve cover gasket. They replaced it and got another inner gasket from Acura to accommodate for the parts shortage, for essentially, it’s the exact same part. Work was done in four hours and I was good to go. Nicholas, my service advisor was kind and proactive. Highly recommend these guys, my valve cover no longer leaks. Thanks Roseville Honda.

The customer service was on point. I was well taken care of. Nate was my sales agent. I came into the dealership knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted. I received a preapproval the day before from Honda financial services, so I knew exactly how much I could afford and how much my note would be. When I arrived at the dealership, the new SUV that I requested to drive was not in their inventory. I did not learn until I arrived at the dealership that you have to really pay attention to what the website says in terms of whether that vehicle is actually in the inventory, or if it’s pending. As it turned out, the vehicle I wanted would not arrive until about a month later. Apparently, because of the shortage of vehicles, you are essentially pre-ordering cars these days. However, they did have an identical vehicle on the lot. I was in search of a new 2022 Honda CRV. The vehicle they had on the lot was the exact vehicle I wanted, same color, just an upgraded trim. It was about $2000 more than the online vehicle I expressed an interested in. Nate was incredible! He was very patient with me in explaining how the financing would work with the upgraded vehicle. I owned a 2018 HRV that I wanted to sell not as a trade in. I had already received an online quote from Roseville Honda for the sell of my HRV. Because the vehicle I was selling was only three years old and had less than 30,000 miles, I had plenty of equity. Roseville Honda was very efficient in the way they handled my financing. I am extremely pleased with the service of everyone involved. Oscar was the agent who wrapped up the financing. He was extremely proficient and capable. The entire experience was pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership. If you go there, ask for Nate!

I started my search for a new Honda CR-V back in February '22. Our 2005 CR-V has served us well but was beginning to show her age. I had visited a few dealers for test drives on a new 2022 CR-V. (when I could find them) I was using TrueCar web search to see what the current market price was going for in my area. While Most of the dealers I contacted were very close to MRSP (slightly higher) with their posted pricing, the real adder came when you contacted the dealer directly. All of the dealers seemed to have some additional cost associated to the MRSP based on their additional packages. Most of these we well above $3000 on top of their high MSRP. Only Autonation Honda offered a reasonable MSRP and Package that was in line with TrueCar's "Great Price" for my model and trim package. After I submitted a request for quote, I was contacted by Autonation Roseville Honda's Internet sales representative Kristy Lafleur. She was great to work with. She provided me with a great price and clearly outlined the expected time of arrival for our new car. As with most CR-V's, we did have a wait for our car to be finished and roll off the line. Kristy provided weekly updates on the progress of our CR-V and anticipated delivery date. I think the best part of that process was that we had no obligation to purchase. So, while I was waiting, I kept looking for a better deal. While 3 other cars became available at local dealers, none of those dealers were willing to sell at same price as Autonation Honda. The car arrived late on a Friday night, in alignment with Kirsty arrival date and was ready for review on Saturday morning. Kristy walked us through all the features and took us out for a trial run. Let me say that there is a big difference between a 2005 and 2022 car, The new 2022 CR-V was quiet and smooth in comparison. While we were reviewing all the features, Kristy noticed that some of final prep had not been completed and quickly resolved it by scheduling a service to have those items corrected. I would have most likely never noticed those little details and was very appreciative that she caught it. Great attention to details... even the little ones. After our review we decided this was the car to purchase. Moving to the finance department we worked with AJ (sorry forgot your last name) He was also very thorough and presented all the great options on finance and warrantees. I appreciated that he was not pushy and respected my decisions, He carefully explained all the documents we were signing and made the process very simple to understand. When we left that day with our new car, we were very pleased with service we had received Autonation Honda. Shortly after our purchase we were contacted by the service department and scheduled an appointment to have those little items addressed. (the ones Kristy caught) When we arrived there were 4 cars in line waiting for the service rep... and at least 2 more rolling into the shop. I was amazed at how quickly the service writer arrived to confirm our appointment and review our service request. Because of the type of service required the writer was able to get us in and out within an hour even though there were so many other cars ahead of us. All in all I have to say that the folks at Autonation Honda we great to work with. I will be recommending them to my friends as great place to buy their new car,

Anna was great, and even tho I haven't driven it much, I like my new Civic Sport. If I was rating just Anna, I would give 5 stars. However, this is an AutoNation Honda review, so I'm giving only 4 stars. Here's why: 1 - I sat in the showroom for over an hour waiting for someone from finance to take me thru another hour of signing documents! To be fair, I was late 30-35 minutes to my appointment, but sitting there for more than an hour felt a little excessive. 2 - I've been burned by an AutoNation dealer before - everyone is very friendly and nice, so I give them 5 stars. They continue to be very nice right up to the 2nd service checkup, at which point I am treated like yesterday's news. Perhaps it's not fair to rate AutoNation Honda based on my experience with a different AutoNation dealer, but having been there before, I'm choosing to be more cautious this time. Bottom line - my experience thus far with AutoNation Honda has been positive, 4-stars positive. I am not a demanding customer, but I am a cautious one..... this could easily get to 5 stars.

My experience at AutoNation Honda Roseville was exceptional. I traded my car in and bought a new-used one. Our salesman Paul was fantastic. Very friendly, applied no pressure in buying a car, and was knowledgeable. The other folks that helped us throughout the day were great as well. The fact that the car information from Carfax report to service history and repairs they did was all in a folder to view was so helpful! We have had issues of practically being held hostage at other dealerships so was very pleased at the easy going atmosphere here. We have decided this is the only place we will consider buying a car from again as the entire process was that outstanding.

This dealership treats the potential buyers/leasers as royalty but once you purchase or lease a vehicle you will find customer service, attitudes and assistance almost non-existent. I recently received a call from them to buy the car that I just leased in August 2021. I told them sure if they could upgrade at same monthly payment and NO down payment, because I was not in a hurry to get rid of my car. I was contacted by the dealership stating a higher monthly payment and a down payment. I called back and said no thank you and the gentleman was very rude and hung up on me.

Samantha was courteous and incredibly friendly on an early Saturday morning. No nonsense regarding unnecessary maintenance or parts, just had her team perform the service I requested. I'm glad she was my service representative and will continue to work through her moving forward. For the dealership itself, there needs to be either a shuttle service or a ride-share service. Several years ago I had positive experiences with a dealership that would set up courtesy Lyft rides for customers to be transported off site and back if needed.

I got my oil changed fine but tell me why last time I went to get it changed I brought my boyfriend along with me, I got a tire rotation and oil change for $86. I went in by myself this time and they tried to charge me $137 for JUST the oil change, the only reason I ddi not pay it was because I found a coupon online and ended up getting a oil change and wipers for $80 . We enjoyed our experience. On the first day, we test drove a 2022 Honda CR-V but had to leave for a scheduled outing. Fortunately, someone was able to get back to me with an out-the-door invoice within the next hour. The back and forth communication was pleasant. I later found another vehicle I wanted to test drive, so we showed up again the next day. Spencer met us outside and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. It was pleasant and Spencer was great. We didn't talk with him much but he came and checked in with us regularly -something we definitely appreciated. Eventually, we were met by Oscar. Oscar seemed genuine until we declined to purchase any additional services. He continued to press on and it wasn't appreciated. I had planned to purchase one of the services that he did not recommend but didn't feel comfortable after the tension, so I didnt bother to bring it up. Overall, our experience went well. I would recommend others to choose Auto Nation in the future.

I was greeted promptly by a service advisor named Alex. We discussed what worked was to be performed on my Honda and provided me with an estimate and how long the work would take. It is very frustrating to call AutoNation Honda Roseville service and reach an agent. There’s always a hold. Then someone filters the call that isn’t a service agent. Then you get transferred and wait again but no one from service picks up. If I go on-site to get help/make an appointment it’s chaos. It shouldn’t be so hard to speak to an agent.

Great service techs and auto techs. A couple fairly minor but important issues were discovered when my car was being seen for new key fobs. I trust the care of my Honda to the Honda service department as I do my part to keep my car running well. I know they saved me more money later on by finding and addressing the issues which were affecting the engine and exhaust system. Great job. I’ll be back because I want 300K miles out of my Honda. Thanks Andrew and unnamed auto tech who discovered the issues.

Got approved for an auto loan through my bank with a good Apr, but honda tried to tell me they had to still run my credit, when I told them I didn't want it ran since I was approved for an auto loan already. Even gave them my reference number for the loan so all they had to do was enter it into the cudle system that all big auto shops have with all the banks. Then they tried to tell me that my credit came back with a higher Apr then what I was given by my bank. I was adamant about sticking to the Apr given by my bank. So all in all, I was tricked into making a down payment to purchase my car when I got approved for a loan that didn't require a down payment , they ran my credit with my bank again which dropped my credit score even more. Way to go Honda! I should have left and not purchased a car through you guys, but I did anyways.

I appreciate the courtesy I receive when I bring my car in. Courtesy staff person came over with a smile to reassure me that my assign person would attend to me shortly, which he did. We came here to look for the Honda Pilot in a Steer Saphhire Metallic because thats the color we feel in love with... No nearby dealerships had it. Only Roseville did.. My husband and I went here to look at a car we have been wanting but did not expect to buy yet. When we got there, we loved the car even more in person. Our car salesman was wonderful, so kind and not pushy (the reason I'm sure most of us hate going to the dealerships). He worked with us to get what we wanted payment-wise. Our children were with us and all of the staff were so welcoming to them; they played peek-a-boo with them, gave them lollipops, and just genuinely smiled as they became more wiggly. I came here in 2020 with my sister who bought a car from them and had a great experience so I am glad we also had a great experience 2 years later. I highly recommend AutoNation Honda Roseville. Their customer service is great and they really work with you to try and get the best deals!

It was good but after purchased the car they took it to have it cleaned and broke some stuff under the hood and I'm having to wait for my car for about a week now and probably will take a little longer yet. Also trying to call about it is like pulling teeth no one can tell me anything about how long it will truly take and that's if I even get a call back. Alot of time I call about something and I don't get a call back like I should. That's happened a couple times and it's just frustrating especially without a car.

I am blessed to have a great advisor, Kyle Singh! He accommodated my request to have an earlier appointment and dealt with a small issue the techs needed to figure out. In addition, he found a discount for me to utilize. Great customer service! My vehicle was washed after the service, which was nice. The only thing that I noticed leaving was that my car feels as though it's driving not a smoothly as before after the tire rotation. But, overall I'm pleased.

I planned ahead & knew exactly what car that I wanted to see, and unlike other dealers where they would try to talk to you about all the other cars (😒) …he showed me exactly the car I wanted to see and we did a test drive. I bought a 51k car from roseville honda 5months ago and i needed my rear brakes changed. Upon arival of my 8am appointment i had to flag someone down to check me in which is no big deal but once the advisor started checking my car in he carelessly stepped out of my type r and put his foot on my carbon fiber bumper lip and nealry ripped if from the car... thankfully no scratch or damage other than a shoe scuff on my 51k type r...I didnt say anything and proceded inside where i signed a paper with the price of rear brake pads which was 279$ which seemed like a hard price but went through anyway... after i left i received a call from advisor David Harris saying it was now 416$ bc he mistaked the price of pads... I found the same exact honda brand rear pads online for 113$ and he didn't care at all... so after paying nealry half of 1000$ i head out to my car and noticed there was 5 extra miles on my vehicle that werent reported on the mileage out... so i paid 437$ for 113$ pads and i paid to have some mechanic joy ride my high performance type r.... Worst experience ive ever had at any car place let alone a major dealer like honda... PLEASE get back to me and inform me why i had to pay more than double the price of oem part without labor and why i had to pay to have someone take my car on the roadway without permission and put excessive miles and wear on my 51k vehicle

Honestly, it was a total of about an hour from walking in and driving off (on a Friday evening nonetheless!). Eric was awesome, had everything ready for us prior to our arrival, finance was a breeze, couldn't have ased for a better experience. I would hands-down recommend this place to anyone looking for a Honda. Edit 2022: I've had 3 different dealings with this dealership. The first two, in 2017 and 2019 were amazing and I had nothing but great things to say. This last experience had me decided I'll never go back. The games played by all the staff during the process of buying out a loan, and the amount of time taken (6 hours over two days) is completely unacceptable. After all the waiting and back and forth, the "deal" provided was WAY over market (Not MSRP, market) value. Again, we will absolutely go anywhere else before using AutoNation, unfortunately.

I was able to purchase my car in a day! It did take 8 hours. But it was done. They worked with what I had and gave me an offer on my old car which was not worth much. After negotiating the pricing and making sure I received my Costco membership discount I was able to get a loan through them that competed with my loan interest rate offer from Navy Federal. And I have to say, I LOVE my new car! I went in knowing I was down to two car options. Only one was Honda. I had a Honda and I was going to try and find one in my budget. I have a brand new car I drove off the lot with only 8 miles on it! I bought it two weeks before the memorial day sale, but it has been a dream car for me since then. I purchased a Honda for ~34,000 (includes Costco member discounts). I paid 3,500 as a downpayment. My interest rate on this loan is 1.9%. I had a 700 credit score which helped a lot. They are all hard workers there. Just keep in mind what you want and don't budge on the pricing you set for yourself.

After shopping various other dealers in looking for a new truck, I stopped by automation and found my perfect fit for what I was looking for. For some reason I never thought of Hondas for a truck. Three months ago, on October 22nd I purchased a Chevy Cruze 2016 from this dealership. This car has lots of issues that showed up after 5 days from the purchase day, the check engine came on and it was not possible to start the car, when I asked them to fix the problem the service department told the problem is with its battery and you should exchange the battery the next time you have a problem with starting the car, but ten days later without any warning, the car overheated in the highway and I had to ask for a tow service on assistance, this time the service department told me the car has a broken hose and everything is fixed. Take note that after fixing this problem the check engine and service track control came on 3 times more and til this day (January 14th) I have been 5 times in the service department and every time I had no car at least for two days. I spent $800 for Uber and Lyft because I had no car to go to work. They rented a car for me for the last two times when my car was at service. I googled the AutoNation used car and noticed that it is not the first time that they have sold a lemon to customers. My car is under warranty for 3 months and only 8 days are left from this period and I am sure that all the problems will be continued and no warranty will cover these issues. For the third time that my car was at the service department, I talked to Edi who is the General Manager and I told him I am looking for a solution, I am in lots of trouble and I cannot stand anymore, I told him I want to return the car or please exchange the car for me and he said: Excuse me, lady! Our rules are so strict, you cannot return a car after 5 days from purchase day. Yes, Edi! Your rules are strict to make money anyhow you can without caring about your customers! Right now, my car is still in the service department and it seems it has a leakage. I am sure that nothing will be fixed. Please do not purchase a used car from this dealership, if not you are going to be screwed.

Today I got my 2022 Honda Civic sport. It took a little bit but that’s because once wheels touch down at the dealership they’re gone same day. That’s how good these guys are! Mine was made, transported, delivered and I was there to pick it up hours later. Erek, Spencer, Al and Oscar did an amazing job and took great care of me. , I'm sending you this E-mail because I have a paralyzed vocal fold and cannot verbally communicate very well. On 12-11-2021 I sold my 2016 Scion FR-S to AutoNation Honda Roseville, to you, for $15,700.00 and you sold it for $21,000.00 4 days later, that's awesome. My delima is I also purchased a vehicle on that day that I fell in love with. But 2 weeks later 12-28-2021, the tire pressure light came on so I checked the tires. The tires on my vehicle have never been replaced just repaired and rotated. I felt very unsafe. In the same day the maintenance required light came on so I made an appt. The soonest you could get me in 1-4-2022. My car is there now I will be picking it up soon. I don't feel the car I bought for $25000.00 is safe for me to drive. The windshield wipers were shredded when I needed to use them plus the car is only getting 9mpg. There is something terribly wrong with the car. Unfortunately to resolve this problem I would like to exchange vehicles so I feel safe driving. You claim your used cars are worry free and rigorously checked and how the importance of tires are yet you sell me this car. I look forward to a resolution to my problem before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or filing a complaint to the attorney general and DMV. Thank you and I will see you soon. They offered to replace 1 tire and turned off the maintenance light but did not even look under the hood. We all know replacing all 4 tires is essential to car performance. Shame on them.

No Way can we recommend Roseville Honda. Their service department is OVERbooked by their call-center which is located in Las Vegas. It took me 4 visits to finally get seen all due to the call-center mismanagement. I waited over an hour in line to get checked in only to be told they probably couldn’t get to my vehicle that day. Edison and Johnny in the Service department were awesome when my vehicle was finally seen. WHY BUY A NEW VEHICLE THERE WITH A WARRANTY When they CAN’T get you in for service??? ROSEVILLE TOYOTA is a BETTER CHOICE.

Plus the Finance department uses scare tactics to get you to buy maintenance contracts. Statements like “ if anyone but us changes the oil you void the warranty on the WHOLE car”.

Turns out, I needed a new transmission. Jim went through all of the paperwork, identified that I did, in fact, have an extended warranty, and got everything taken care of. We purchased a used Kia Sorento from AutoNation Honda Roseville. To entice us to close the purchase they offered to fix a few issues the car had, because autonation does not haggle pricing. There were 2 plastic panels inside that were cracked they were to replace, and 4 or 5 rock dings on the hood all the way down to bare metal they said would be sanded and the hood painted. They promised to handle the issue propely and speedily. 6 months later we finally got the plastics replaced after calling and showing up multiple times to inquire. Despite promising they were going to sand and paint the hood, they did a very poor job with touch up paint only over the rusty rock dings. When I told them this wasnt what was agreed upon the salesman and sales manager said they would fix it right this time, just as they said the first time. We cannot get anyone to return our inquiries about fixing the problem as they promised. Price was good for market, otherwise very poor experience and we havent even had is handled yet.

their service department is terrible and you definitely don't want to depend on what they tell you being accurate or correct. The service manager won't call you back nor will the service tech. promised my car would be done by mid-afternoon and said they would call and they never did. I called multiple times before they closed and there was nobody to talk to and nobody ever called me back. they have no appreciation for their customers' time or inconvenience. and this was for a simple recall from Honda that they had the part and it should have taken 2 hours.

Buying my Honda at AutoNation Honda Roseville was the best buying experience I have ever had! Starting from Sales Manager Brian Watkins, Internet Sales Specialist Ares Gisawi and CFS Cole Chambers, they made my buying experience quick and pain free. Everyone was very nice and professional. The only bad experience I had was after I left the dealership I noticed that I was missing my loan information, e.g. what the name of the loan company is, address, phone number & account number. I called CFS Cole Chambers, but he never returned my calls. If not for that treatment I would have given a 5 star rating for AutoNation Honda Roseville.

My car broke down and I phoned in speaking to an advisor that it would be towed there that evening. He gave me a drop off appt of 7:15 am for the next day. The next day they called at 4pm asking for authorization to just look at the car. 2 days following that Marie called to say it was the fuel filter and needed to order parts but it would take a few days. 8 more days went by and I called to get answers nobody could help me. The following day Marie called and said the car was done and had been ready. She claimed they left a voicemail but I do not have a voicemail set up or an answering machine on either phone line. People are rude and are not honest - just admit there was an error. Terrible customer service!

The technician damaged the dashboard on my 2019 Honda Pilot when the software update was done. Our Pilot is well taken care of and had 6000+ miles in it. The service writer was kind enough to bring it up to the manager but they did not offer to do anything about it and never heard back from the dealership again. Kind of disappointed on my last visit. Had an appointment with Sami (not necessarily his fault). I think the whole scheduling system should be revised. Had an appointment at 11:00, was not seen by the advisor till 11:50-noon, said estimated wait time was 4 hours. 4 hours? What's the point of an appointment system to help space and allocate the labor then. I know it takes time to work an hour, and it should not be rushed, but 4 hour wait time with an appointment is kind of ridiculous. I had a visit previously for an appointment at 3:00p for a routine maintenance visit. As soon as I arrived they were already trying to reschedule because they predict they could not finish the job on time for the day. Again, what's the point of an appointment system then.

Saman Malganji was my service advisor. He was knowledgeable and efficient in getting me in and out for my 2020 Civic’s first service. My only problem was the check tire light came on a couple of miles from the dealership. I pulled into Discount Tire and Andrew checked the pressure on all 4 tires. Pressure was fine so Andrew said the tech at the dealer might have forgotten to reset the TPMS system after rotating the tires. He used the touch screen to navigate to vehicle settings and quickly reset the tire pressure light. Like the car and will continue to book my service appointments at AutoNation Honda Roseville

This was the worst customer service we?ve ever experienced with Roseville Honda. We used to have Randy as our representative and Randy was very efficient. But this time we had this lady and she did not even introduce herself to us. She told us it would take 3 hrs to check our car and replace our battery but guess what? After almost 4 hrs of waiting for their call that never came my husband just went ahead and gone to the dealership since we still had to sleep to work that night and we needed my car for work. He found out at that time that the lady has not even looked at our papers yet. She just looked at it when he was there already. It took her about 20 minutes to finish it up. My point is, I hope they didn?t give u a time frame and lie about it. We can understand if they?re busy. We are too. We are all busy working people but we hope people don?t lie to us and waste our precious time.

This review is in comparison with my previous experience at Niello Acura in Roseville (Acura is the luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Honda). AutoNation Honda Roseville sales associates should improve their performance. Although, they seem to be good persons and have very competitive prices. However, the CFS Manager was very helpful and professional as well as their Service Advisor (Sami Malganji). During my experience, I had to wait for a long period of time to get my vehicle and paperwork done. The sales associate never ask if I needed some water/coffee, etc. He did not go on very details on all the features that the vehicle offers, even though they are very similar to Acura and I was only provided with one set of keys. Additionally, went back 16-days after purchasing my vehicle with a relative to purchase a 2021 CR-V Hybrid Touring (potentially in cash), but Mr. Sobczak did not keep on track with who he was doing business as he could not remember my relative nor what vehicle she was to purchase. Indeed, Mr. Sobczak confirmed that they will be seen each other in the afternoon, but he still did not remeber her. Then, he was not very clear when they were emailing back and forth in order to hold the vehicle for less than 24 hours, since my relative had to commute from the Bay Area. Long story short, my relative did not like the current colors, but she reconsidered to get one of the available units. However, we did not purchase the 2021 CR-V Hybrid Touring, because the Mr. Sobczak was not very good at sales. Again, he is not a bad person, but his performance is the worst I had ever have to deal.

The salesperson, Peter Sobczak was really great. He went beyond just showing us a car. He really cared. The problems came when we were about to purchase the car, signed the contract and waiting for delivery. They came back to us and said they could not sell the car because it was not a "new" car. It had been sold before. What a mess. They finally found another car in Richmond and it was delivered the next day. Because of me needing to be someplace the next day I said I would pick the car up the following day but they said I had to pick it up THAT day. I missed my app't because they were late getting the car. When I got the car there was no time to go over all of the features. They did point out the rebates from the Feds, State and SMUD. I called the State rebate number they gave me and I was told the rebate goes to the dealer and they were supposed to discount my purchase price. They did not do that. At this point I am waiting for a return phone call regarding this issue,

This is for the service center. I do not have any experience or reviews for the car sales part of this business. Do NOT go here! The only reason why we used this place was because we had a warranty on our car, so we had to use the Honda Dealership. However, now that the warranty is up, I will never go to this place again. I took my car in to get my brakes fixed. The mechanic did not fix the brakes correctly and made them loose, which in turn caused my brakes to fall off my wheel as I was driving and completely stop my car "dead in its tracks". If I had been on the interstate, I could have been hit and/or very badly injured because my car would not budge. My two young children were with me at the time. They did fire the mechanic who fixed my car, and since they replaced my brakes, my tire, and offered to do a few other smaller repairs, I decided not to give a bad review. However, a few months ago we took in my car to get the air conditioning fixed. I continued to tell the mechanic the issues. It was covered under warranty at the time, but I was almost at 100,000 miles, which is why I took the car in then. The mechanic "drove around my car" and couldn't find anything wrong. So, they kept it overnight. They said they "found the issue" and fixed part of the air conditioning and said everything was good. So, I took the car home. The air conditioning worked for a little while, but then the EXACT same thing started happening again, which of course meant they did not fix the issue. I took it back in, but since my car was over the 100,000 mile mark, they said it was not covered under warranty anymore. They charged me the full amount even though I continued to tell them I shouldn't pay because they didn't fix it the first time, and it was their fault for not fixing the problem to begin with. I will NEVER go back to them. Other people had told me to never use them, but I needed to because of the warranty. However, NEVER again.

I love my pre-owned Honda but I have found that after the sale communication is very challenging. We did not receive any paperwork on our loan and I had no way to make a payment. I called the dealership but it took two or three calls before I could get anyone to answer my questions. By then I was late on my payment. There was also a seat missing in my car and I was told the dealership would get it for me. Now, 5 months later and me pestering and pestering and it has come in. I really appreciate the work it took to get it but I do not believe that I would have gotten it if I had not been persistent. Communication is very hard after the sale. I feel that perhaps there are not enough employees and the ones there do not have the time needed to fulfill their obligations.

Recently, we stopped by, (just looking) and were greeted by a Honda salesman named Spencer London who not only spoke to me about vehicle specifications (the two previous times the salesmen only spoke with my husband) but was not pushy. I am more educated because Spencer took the time to educate me. We bought a 2018 Honda Pilot that actually had everything I wanted in a vehicle. Because Spencer asked and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, which is important to my husband, we bought the car and the experience was quite pleasant. Every single person we have interacted with has been responsive, professional and, most importantly, ethical. They delivered the car to our home and that’s where we signed all of the paperwork, as well! Since it was dark by the time everything was signed, I’ve arranged to go back for a 1:1 tutorial on learning all of the bells and whistles this outstanding car offers. We bought the car through the Costco auto buying program which means you go through the internet department of the participating dealer. There’s no haggling: they just give you their rock bottom price. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in AND we paid $400 under invoice for our brand new car! very slow service, but quick to try to upsell you something you don't want. had to tell the finance guy four times I didn't want their added warranty. Sales manager very disrespectful with our trade vehicle, tries to scam you on the price, pulled every tricky car salesman trick in the book. As stressful car buying experience, I would rate them average compared to other dealerships in the area. Just watch them because they will try to sneak in a few dollars here and there if you let them. if you call them out on it they will fix it with a pretty lame excuse.

I have shopped for new cars before and have walked out in tears because of disappointments. This time I walked out with a car I absolutely LOVE with tears of HAPPINESS. Ray Turner helped me get exactly what I was looking for without any hassles nor was he convincing me on something I didn?t want. Mixed feelings here, when I first bought my new Ridgeline I was paying cash and it still took hours to complete the transaction. In addition when I was looking at an Ad for the vehicle online it was pictured with upgraded rims, and had pricing in the Ad that led me to believe I would be getting what I saw in the Ad at the price quoted. Despite what was pictured and advertised, it had the stock wheels on it when I took delivery. I was quite upset about this at the time and voiced my concern. I was told that what was pictured in the Ad that had motivated me to buy this truck from this dealer in the first place would cost me much extra. I think this was straight up deceptive. This was never resolved after I expressed my dissatisfaction? I just had a basic service done, and have been happy with the service it's self, but the amount I just paid for an oil change and tire rotation was exorbitant. I will likely not return here for services as I have a ASE master tech certified mechanic I trust, that will cover the same services at a much more reasonable price. While I have had some good experience with services this dealership, I can't really fully recommend them at this point due to pricing. I would not be very motivated to buy my next vehicle from this dealership due to what seemed very deceptive practices when I bought my current vehicle.

After a lot of research recently, and months ago, we chose AutoNation Honda Roseville to buy our new Odyssey from on Black Friday. We ended up using the Costco Auto Program as it had slightly lower pricing than Sam's Club though I began my research through Sam's a couple weeks prior to the purchase. Coincidentally, I connected with Emmanuel Polomo at AutoNation not knowing, at that time, that his dealership was the Costco authorized one in our area. He gave me the Sam's Club pricing and I then asked for Costco's which ended up lower. Thankfully, once we began talking about Costco, he was able to keep the sale and not have to hand us over to someone else there who is the primary Costco connection. I really wanted him to get credit as he was a big factor in our choice to buy from AutoNation. My (other) dealer of 20 years was not as warm and friendly and they would not match the Costco price. I felt that connecting with Emmanuel at AutoNation was a stroke of luck and timing. In total, I spoke with 5 dealerships in the greater Sacramento area and no one was as spot-on in his way of communicating with me as Emmanuel was. We all have our reasons to choose a business or a person. Having my questions answered, without games, was it for me. Emmanuel was professional, polite, attentive, and really head and shoulders above all the other contacts at other dealers just based on the whole package of being a stellar representative of his dealership. The dealership was, as a whole, very professional and attentive as well. I asked a lot of questions, by email, but when you're spending $40,000 I would imagine that's understandable. One of the managers called us twice to check in, a manager we met on the lot was very engaging and kind, the finance manager Tarek was very upfront and warm... it was just great overall. AutoNation was also able to beat the low financing rate I was getting elsewhere and truly gave us superior service in every aspect of our purchase. Clearly, I highly recommend buying a car from AutoNation and Emmanuel Polomo in particular. Thank you, AutoNation, for taking my beloved 15 year old Odyssey off our hands and giving me a new and luxurious workhorse I expect to drive for many years. Honda's are just the best.

Buyer beware. I bought 2018 Honda Accordin February 2020. I have never met so much unprofessionalism in my life. This car has been back 5 times for various things. From sold with a bad tire, paint issues, tech advising wrong information. First visit met Jimmy great service person got me and in out for the tire issue. Second visit was a female super nice got me in and out. tech ill advised on brakes. Third time brought the car back regarding brakes met Nick who's rude and condescending while talking to me. Fourth time paint issue left car over night picked up next day late evening. Richard very nice took me to my car. I had to rush off and noticed that my steer wheel console had been pulled off and a key chain had been stolen. Fifth paint issue again took over a month to decide if Nick and Alicia were going to fix the paint. Due to the supposed minor damage from the former owner/lessee. They had my car for three days. Refused to offer a loaner to me would not shuttle me either. Got the car back they allowed the paint person drive me car. Paint was all over my driver side seat, door, and center console, rims were covered in paint. Also someone had rummaged through my whole car. The passenger door ended up with a dent and paint cut. Dealt with Nick regarding with these issues never once did he apologize for any of this. Asked him if would get me touch up paint for damage to the door. Said he would but never mailed it to me never heard back from him. After a month I had to reach out to Richard, who sent it to me right away. There is a lot more but this review will only allow so much. I hope that I get a call from the GM so I can let him know everything that I have been through with this dealership. I bought my car, my daughter leased her car from them, and I had 2 more sells for them. But told the 2 other sells to go somewhere else because of the treatment I have received from this dealership. From first car salesmen, finance guy, Nick, Alicia, Stick finger techs, and Paint person. Due to the interactions with the people listed above. I will never recommend this dealership.

I recently bought a brand new car from them less than a month ago. After only having my car for less than a week I noticed a rattle noise coming from inside the vehicle. I contacted the dealership to set up an appt to have it looked at. I tried calling the dealership numerous times (6 times in one day) and coupe never get a hold of anyone. They would either transfer me to the service department and nobody would ever pick up or it would just keep ringing. I left voicemails and would never get a call back. They have poor customer service and poor communication. This is NOT what you expect when buying a $30,000 vehicle from someone. It’s easy for them to make the sale of course but when it comes to the follow up after you buy a car it’s terrible. I feel like they are too big of a dealership to really take the time with each customer. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership as I was here. I finally got my car looked at and the problem seems to be fixed but I sat there for 3 hours and not once did someone come and give me an update on the progress of what was going on. Needless to say I will NOT be going back!!!! When you spend that kind of money on a vehicle you expect great customer service and they don’t have that!

I intentionally waited a few weeks to post this comment because I was so incredibly angry. This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. Auto Nation Honda advertised for a Honda Civic at a decent price and I wanted to catch the offer for 1.9%. I called made an appointment to meet with a salesman Jason who was very nice. As soon as we sat down the up sale started..$1,154.... items I did not need nor want(Yes, I understand they are there to make a profit) after informing the salesman and a manager (6 times, firmly) I did not want or need any of the items that “Came with the car” they continued to push the items on me. This took forever until they realized it just wasn’t going to happen. The Finance Manager at least listened to me when I said No. The entire process took approximately two hours (2 hours). The is an hour and fifteen minutes too long. This experience left me never wanting to go back there. I have bought several cars before at other dealerships and it has always been smooth and seamless until now😡

After taking my Van in to being serviced on Wednesday August 12,2020 I noticed there was damage to my vehicles passenger side. I called the next morning because they were already closed. Almost a week with no responses from the manager I went in on Tuesday August 18,2020. Nick the service manager was very rude and unprofessional from the beginning. After he reviewed the footage of the day my van was brought in he admitted a technician damaged my vehicle. He told me they will replace the mirror assembly, detail inside and out, fix/remove the dent and scratches and paint the whole side of the passenger side, and also fix my rear bumper since the clips may have become lose or broken(which was an existing issue from when I purchased the vehicle) I dropped off my car Tuesday August 25,2020 to be serviced and was told it would take the full day. So I requested a rental. Vehicle was not finished by the end of the day. Today Friday August 28,2020 I was told it would be ready by the end of the day 6pm. I get there and it was not. The passenger side was not painted, scratches are still present Bumper was not fixed. Nick said I could leave my van and take the rental and they would fix the bumper. I asked how long it would take and he said he didn’t know until they took it apart. I told him I needed to let my husband know who was waiting outside. When I came back in with my husband he refused to fix what was promised and said We can call the Gm on Monday morning. I told him I didn’t want to take the vehicle home like that, I wasn’t happy with the work. But he said nothing would be done to my vehicle and I would have to pay for the rental out of pocket if I took it. I am beyond upset and tired of all this back and forth with Nick. He did not follow through with what he said was going to be done to my vehicle. He is very unprofessional and beyond rude and says one thing and doesn’t deliver. So much for upholding integrity like you said when we made the agreement about said repairs Nick! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the manger at the service department

I had researched everything about Toyota Highlander & Honda Pilot. I knew exactly what I wanted and had already test drove several vehicles with several dealerships in my area. This one particular, big dealership had agreed on the final price, ran our credits & we were about to sign off on the deal; but in the last minute, the sales manager tried to sneak in an additional parts fee, so we walked out. I was irritated & angry because they wasted 3 hours of our valuable time. Fortunately, I went on-line & found AutoNation Honda in Roseville. I spoke to & received an exact quote on a 2020 Honda Pilot Elite from Bianca, the Internet Sales Rep before driving 1.5 hrs. She was very honest, friendly, courteous and so easy to work with. Bianca already had the exact SUV waiting for me to test-drive within 5 min of my arrival. Their sales manager, Brian introduced me to their service manager, Sami to make sure the proper parts were ordered for my tow package installation. Everything went so easily & smoothly from the minute I walked into their dealership. From Bianca showing the final price, to working out the financing with Brain & Fadi, to socializing with Sami (their service guy has a great sense of humor & fun to speak with) about the installation process/date, to Bianca teaching/showing me the gadgets of the vehilce and me finally driving off the lot with my beautiful, brand new Obsidian Blue Pearl 2020 Honda Pilot Elite. Buying a new vehicle is scary, exhausting & very time consuming. But if you have AutoNation Honda to help you through the whole process, it's exciting, enjoying & smooth sailing. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they did a poor job detailing the vehicle. And then i didn't pull the sun visors down until I left after purchasing , and the drivers side visor was absolutely filthy, literally foundation makeup caked onto the mirror cover and black makeup smudges all over the cloth. So that part was disappointing since this was my very first vehicle purchase I was really looking forward to it being clean and fresh.

I brought my car in for the second part of the 100,000 mile check and I was told I had an oil leak near my engine which would cost me $1700 to fix the leak. So I didn’t get it fix as I had not seen any oil leaking from my car. I took my car to my brother’s friend who works for Honda dealership in Fresno and had him look at it a few days later and he said I had no oil leak. I’m pretty pissed because I was panicking thinking I had an oil leak and needed to come up with $1700 to fix this oil leak which I haven’t seen any oil leaking from my car recently and I would have spent money that I really didn’t have and would have borrowed from someone that I didn’t need too. Since I have bought my 2015 Honda I have always brought it into the dealership and I feel like I’m being ripped off and told anything so you guys can just get my money. I have never felt like this until now.

AutoNation Honda Roseville only partially takes the pandemic seriously. Some personnel wore masks, but most did not. And very few other customers wore masks.I was kept waiting for hours in a room full of people not wearing masks. I never had a chance to drive the car I purchased prior to signing all the papers. I signed papers at a finance rate of 0.9% then was told that was a mistake and had to sign papers again at 1.9%. Too many hours were spent making the deal in a place where I did not feel safe.

This is the second car I received from this location. I?ve had a great experience on both occasions. The only negative about this last visit was I was initially told my car would come with tinted windows but it did not. They had to drive my car from another location because I wanted a different color than the one they had but the car I received did not have tinted windows. Other than that I got a great deal on a brand new 2020 Honda Accord. I will/have recommended this location to many friends and family who are looking to purchase a Honda.

We came in to return our lease HRV. We had an appt and we were there over 2 hours and had to pay almost $400 to turn it in. This car was 12,000 under miles and perfect with exception of a couple of rims that had light scratches on them. The associate told me due to the excellent quality of this car, his manager wanted it on the front line of cars for sale immediately. We have never had to pay a cent to turn in a lease. Highly unlikely we buy any more cars from Honda Roseville.

While the service department is adequate, I wouldn't buy another Honda. The Clarity is a very good car mechanically, but the software-controlled features (navigation and driver assist for example) have quite a lot of annoying and possibly dangerous flaws.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle and within 2 days and less than 120 miles the clutch went out and the backup camera fell off. Went back to AutoNation and spoke with Eddie Xiloj about returning the vehicle as part of their 5 day 250 mile return policy where he informed me that the car must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased. Fair enough. He then proceeded to tell me that I blew the clutch BEFORE the car even went into service to see what was wrong and that the warranty would not cover the fix stating "you're young, it's a fast car, I'm sure you were driving it hard. It wouldn't be the first time." After a bunch of back and forth with the service advisor, they found that the slave cylinder went out and I was not at fault for it breaking and they covered the fix under their warranty and I gave the car back next day. As I'm waiting for a receipt of the refund of my down payment, Eddie comes up to me and states "So Yelp, huh? Not happy with us?" and proceeded to defend everything he said rather than apologize for accusing me and my age for the reason the car broke. After I asked for his name, he refused stating "I dont want to be blasted all over social media." I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for any new or used vehicle and I would especially not recommend purchasing anything from Eddie Xiloj.

Salesperson forgot about our appointment so she was late to our appointment then moved us to another person since she was double booked despite the fact we spoke in person the day before the appointment. As a result the car we were supposed to look at was no where to be found or ready for a test drive. That took about 2 hours to remedy. Keith Denault was great despite working under difficult conditions to make up for the earlier appointment issues. Financing was slow and drawn out. In total we were at the dealership 8 hours from the moment we stepped into the show room to when we left with our new car! A complete nightmare of an experience. Only thing that was good about the ordeal was the help of Keith and a very good deal on the car. But 8 hours to buy a car is unacceptable on every level!

I have a 2019 Honda Civic and on 2/4/20 went out start car it didn?t start. I called had tow truck jump start vehicle and drove directly to Auto Nation Roseville. My advisor said there was nothing wrong with car and sent me on my way, even though I expressed concerns if this happening again. She seemed unconcerned said car was fine per test. I work in Marysville and on 2/6/20 I go leave work guess what, car won?t start. I had pay tow truck jump my car drove it straight to AutoNation Honda Roseville. I was helped by an advisor named a Rich Amader. He had tech come test battery, tested fine, Rich said there was something wrong and went to talk to his manager. The technician that tested my battery said he sees me he issue with battery all the time. Rich came back said going to replace battery obviously there was a malfunction. Approximately 30 minutes passed I was out the door. I appreciate Rich taking them time work on my issue I know it was towards closing time. You need more advisors like Rich at your service center. Thanks again Rich.

There was a select few individuals who made the experience worth it. Dee our salesman and Wesley the finance guy were A . Dee made sure to communicated through the process and rushed to complete everything in a timely manner because we had young kids and a Father Daughter dance to be at that night. Even after the sale Dee has gone above and beyond to help answer any question. Al the manager on the other hand, sat there talking and shoot the **** with co workers. Every time we would ask how much longer, it was "15 Minutes" Well 15 minutes turned into about 45 minutes. He was rude and inconsiderate. When I asked what the delay was, he told me he just needed to finish preparing the file. Well, I was working with them all day over the phone so that I did not have to sit and wait. I do not appreciate being put on the back burner for side conversations with your friends. Although I do feel that I received a fair price for my purchase, I do not feel they were fair on my trade in, and Al's lack of motivation made the experience dreadful.

I had to buy a car, because mine got totaled in a rearender. I used CarGurus and found several options to choice from. I went to AutoNation Honda and Coleman helped me out. He was helpful, thoughtful and made the experience fun. The entire process was easy. When a problem arose, he helped ease my mind and everything worked out. My new car is a 2010 Honda CR-V. I had my last CR-V for 14 years. I love my new car!

Scheduled service . I have had a Honda for over 30 years. I have had it serviced at Autonation since moving to Roseville almost 20 years ago. Most of that time I dealt with 1 service agent, Mike Valverde. Last year he left them and I had no one who personally kept me aware of service appointment or other needs for my car. It?s almost like losing your personal physician. I found it initially very difficult to even have someone call me back to answer a question. I finally called for my appointment and went. Yesterday I met with one Mike Burke. He was very cordial and seemed really interested in me. To be continued......

Matt tge salesman was amazing. Did not feel pressured. When it came to financing we were told they could hold a check but then was told only one check per transaction. I had to come up with the rest of the down payment . Even after the manger said he would hold the check. Make sure you pay different ways when asking them to split down payment. Seemed shady....car salesman like!

The service center performed well; however the service staff was horrible. I was told my vehicle wouldn’t be done till after 4pm so I had the shuttle take me to get food with my wife while we waited. Well the service center called me and said that my car was finished at 3:30. I asked to be picked up and they said most likely I would have to get an Uber back because they closed the shuttle service at 4. Never once were any of these details told to me. After arguing with the staff and asking to speak to a manager I was placed on hold until someone got me a shuttle. You would think that if I was given a finish time of after 4 and I asked for a shuttle I would be warned that doing so would strand me. Not only that but I was ready to be picked up 30 minutes before 4pm, and I was only 5 miles away. The staff member mentioned that I wasn’t paying for my service today since oil changes and recall fixes were under my warranty. Excuse me but I did pay, not only did I buy your car, I bought the service package so I did pay for today’s service.

Well they were sure there for me when I leased my Civic, they were happy to quickly take my down payment and get me Into a new ride.. I thank them for that but I have since traded that car away and have been trying to cancel my ore paid maintence since 9/2019 I only had my civic 6 months and it's been paid off since 9/26/19 (per Honda) and I went to the dealer back In sept and cancelled this.. I was told that once the car was paid off I would get a check go wait 8-10 weeks.. we'll here it is 4 months later and I still haven't been refunded for my pre paid maintence.. I have called and left numerous messages with different finance people and never received a call back :( I called honda and they did confirm I bought this and it should be refunded directly from the dealer. :( All I want is my refund and I can't seem to get any help :(

I have never been so pushed to buy a warranty for my car. It was my first time buying a car and luckily I was with my brother who is experienced. The finance guy's name was Wesley Stewart. At first, he asked me if I wanted to buy the warranty for my car and my brother politely said no. And then he asked several more times, I was really close to walking out and I could care less for the car. We were treated like dollars bills instead of customers. He forgot the fact that we are also human beings at the end of the day. After the deal was FINALLY done I noticed he did not shake our hands and had horrible customer service satisfaction. When someone says no the first time, you should respect their decision and get on with the deal rather than trying to keep asking us if we want to buy the warranty. Bennie the car sales guy act least treated us like customers and kept it real with us. Overall I will not be coming back to Roseville Honda and I will not recommend this place to my friends. Worst sales experience of my life.

They will make you a good deal, if you have your stuff in order. However, im still waiting for them to correct an issue with the car I purchased. They, said they would call me back with a game plan the same day. Haven’t heard a word back and its been a few days. Starting to reconsider my position. There was a hidden stain in the passengers sit that you could barely see. So, they cleaned it and it came back darker telling me it was already there. I just need it fixed or replaced.

the wait time for an oil change was 2 hrs. and that was with an appointment. also Doug was my service advisor he said I could not use a coupon, unless I presented it when I was initially being written up for services. I didn't know how to obtain a coupon and asked the woman when I was making the appointment. She said she didn't know but that my service advisor would help me. I don't think it's right that he wouldn't accept a coupon when I checked out. Especially because this was my first time coming to the Automall Roseville. I also felt that their rates were much higher then at the Auburn Honda dealership I absolutely would not recommend Automall Roseville

To go and see the cars and you don’t have service people rushing you to buy a car, I hate pushy service people that try to sell you a car. But everyone was perfect I wasn’t pressured and pushed to a certain car, they listened to what I was looking for, and brought out a car for me, actually two cars until I decided on my new car instead of a used one. Thanks to my salesman and my son-in- law I got what I wanted. I have already told many people about Honda in Roseville and I’m sure they’ll be going out there. Buying a new vehicle from AutoNation Honda in Roseville through the Costco Auto Program was truly an enjoyable experience. The no haggle price of our new 2019 CR-V was much better than other dealerships had quoted. AutoNation Internet Sales Consultant Garry Neighbors was the best, answering all our questions and pointing out details that we had not thought about. The sale was made in a timely manner, not the normal waiting around for this or that. We financed through Honda and AutoNation Finance Consultant Mike Lazzara was efficient, personable and made the whole signing of countless documents a breeze. Being a Senior citizen, I’ve dealt with many car dealers over the years, but have never driven off the lot feeling as good about the whole experience as I did from buying from AutoNation Honda in Roseville. For me, based on my location, I probably wouldn’t have even considered them if not for the Costco Auto Program. Bottom line, if your shopping for a vehicle I would recommend putting AutoNation in Roseville on your list, and ask for Garry Neighbors, you won’t be disappointed.

My car is only four years old with low mileage and I noticed the display audio screen was starting to change colors . I called AutoNation Honda at the Roseville Automall and spoke with Nick , the Service Director . He asked me to bring in the car and would look at it for no charge due the age and low mileage of the car. I was treated very well by Elizabeth and Autonation replaced my display for no charge as a courtesy. I have owned three Hondas and the service I received confirmed my decision to stick with Hondas. I have recommended Honda and this service center to numerous people already - thank you for providing excellent customer service !

Came for an oil change. Always satisfied with the service. But the lady that helped me seemed very impatient even though it wasn’t busy that time and day. Didnt even look at me when I asked her almost 5 questions. Mostly answering with a yes or no. Super rude. Was unable to build a good relation with customer but was willing to talk and have fun with other eomployees.

After I had finished purchasing a car I had the obstacle of getting a car I was currently renting through Fair back to my residence. The sales representative told me they were affiliated with Fair and would get in touch with them to come to the dealership to pick it up for me. The representative told me to keep the keys and someone would be in contact with me to drop off the keys when Fair would be by to get the rental. It has now been a whole week and I have not had anyone call, leave a voicemail, text, or even email me! I have called the Roseville location multiple times trying to reach the sales representative that helped me and knew about the situation. I have had to leave messages that have also not been responded to. The front desk lady that took my messages even told me she would make sure the message got to someone and that they would call me back. That didn't work either. Now today I call the location repeatedly and NO ONE is answering from 9:10 am to 9:30. I would like to know what's going on and if anyone has even bothered to tell Fair they have the rental. I will not pay any fees that may have accrued due to the week that has passed with no communication. It's like after the sale was done and they pushed me out the door with it they were done with me as well.

In almost 20 years of having work done at Honda Dealerships, this by far exceeds by worse experience anywhere. I came in for B1 maintenance and my advisor was Saman Malgan, aka. Sami. I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time for him to even appear. Then he popped my hood, gave a visual inspection and determined I needed $2300, in repairs. He's an advisor and just peeked around. I declined some of the services and left with $1800 in repairs. However, when I went home and after looking at previous paperwork, I called him back reducing the repair work again. Sami is a bully. One of the items he said needed repaired I had it fixed 2 years ago. For some reason, he didn't believe me and questioned me several times about following up with that mechanic. I agreed to have all my hoses replaced, which cost $1k, but when I came to pick up my car, after they had it all day, he said the rotors were warped and the car isn't safe to drive due to a broken lower control arm bushing. What??? He said he didn't call me because he didn't want me to think he was pulling a fast one. That ship sailed five minutes after he introduced himself. He knew it was my son's car, but he didn't call me for things that were actually broken?? Again, typical bull behavior, I questioned his extensive list of repairs and he isn't professional enough to handle push back from a female. A week later, the car was taken to a trusty mechanic, he replaced both bushings, for much less, and said the rotors were fine and the brakes had a lot of life to them. I will not be back.

Financing was not flexible enough from Honda to get the monthly payment I wanted regardless of how much I had to put down. Salesperson was not experienced, no knowledge of the SUV/products, what time the service department opened, etc. CR-V was not prepped for delivery to me. Fluid levels were low, car had water spots, seats were dirty. Brand new 2019...thought they would be more thorough.
